1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a tour with Cheap Bromo, you agree to these terms and conditions. It is your responsibility to read and understand these terms before making a reservation.

2. Booking and Payment
2.1 Deposit: A 30% deposit of the total tour price is required for tours departing from Yogyakarta and Bali. This deposit is non-refundable.
2.2 Payment Upon Arrival: The remaining amount can be paid in cash to the guide at the start of the tour.
2.3 Payment Methods: Payments can be made with Credit card or Visa via PayPal or any other method specified by Cheap Bromo.

3. Cancellation Policy
3.1 Tour Operator Cancellation: If Cheap Bromo cancels a tour, a full refund will be provided, except in cases of force majeure (see Section 5).
3.2 Customer Cancellation:

• Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 1 day before departure.
• No refund will be issued for cancellations made on the day of departure.

4. Refund Policy
4.1 Mid-Tour Withdrawal: No refunds will be provided if a guest chooses to leave the tour after it has started for any reason.
4.2 Force Majeure Interruptions: If events such as landslides or earthquakes occur after the tour has started, Cheap Bromo will attempt to find an alternative solution. If no alternative is agreed upon, entrance fees for sites that could not be visited will be refunded.
4.3 Weather-Related Issues:

• Weather conditions are beyond Cheap Bromo’s control. While we monitor forecasts, they may not always be accurate, especially in mountainous areas like Mount Bromo.
• Tours proceed during the rainy season, as clear skies and sunrises are still possible despite forecasts.
• No refunds or discounts will be issued for weather conditions affecting visibility or overall experience.

4.4 Customer Acknowledgment: By booking, customers accept the inherent risks of outdoor tours, including the possibility of unfavorable weather.

5. Force Majeure
Cheap Bromo is not liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, war, or government restrictions. In such cases, alternative plans will be offered where possible, but refunds are not guaranteed except for entrance fees (see Section 4.2).

6. Changes to Itinerary
Cheap Bromo reserves the right to adjust itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather or road closures. Suitable alternatives will be provided, but any additional costs incurred will be the guest’s responsibility.

7. Travel Insurance
Cheap Bromo strongly advises all guests to obtain travel insurance covering medical expenses, injuries, and loss or damage of personal items. Cheap Bromo is not liable for any costs resulting from a lack of insurance.

8. Health and Safety
Guests are responsible for ensuring they are in good health and physically fit for the tour. Any medical conditions must be disclosed during booking. Cheap Bromo reserves the right to refuse participation if a guest is deemed unfit for the tour.

9. Illegal Substances
The possession or use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited. If a guest is found with illegal substances, the tour will be immediately terminated, and no refund will be provided. Cheap Bromo is not responsible for any legal penalties imposed by local authorities.

10. Conduct
Guests must behave respectfully towards fellow participants, staff, and locals. Cheap Bromo reserves the right to remove any guest exhibiting offensive or harmful behavior without providing a refund.
