The Bromo Midnight trip will start at 00.00 AM so you have to arrive in this airport at least 1 hour before departure. For example, if you want to go to Mount Bromo on January 20th 2018 to see the sunrise then you have to arrive in Surabaya Airport on January 19th 2018 at 23.00 PM/11.00 PM so  will only have to wait for one hour only before the driver and the guide picked you up.  Once the guide and the driver picked you up, they will drive you straight to the mount Bromo area. Using a train is also a good way to save time,money and energy. Traveling using train will avoid you from traffic jam and it will always on time. This trip is favourite among the travelers from Yogyakarta who wants to go to Mount Bromo as another affordable option. Choose Surabaya Gubeng train station Code (SURABAYA GUBENG) as your arrival point. The train called “SANCAKA” departing from “TUGU STATION Yogyakarta to SURABAYA GUBENG and it has many schedules you can choose but we recommend you to choose the last schedule. Malang

Departing from Malang Airport

There are three major airlines which landed on Malang Airport (Code : MLG). They were Sriwijaya Airlines, Garuda Airlines, Batik Air,Wing Air,KalStar and Citilink. The Malang Airport is a small airport so there is no international route landed in here. If you want to go to Mt Bromo from this airport then it will be almost the same way as departing from Surabaya except you will be picked up by the jeep directly and then continue 4 hours driving with the Jeep to Mount Bromo. Departing from Malang Train Station

You can also using train as your transportation to reach the Malang city. The train from Yogyakarta to Malang called “Malioboro Express” departing from “Tugu Station Yogyakarta to Malang Kota Train Station’.  If you are using a train for Bromo Midnight trip then you have to walk a little bit to  Alun-alun kota Malang once you arrive at the train stationbecause the Jeep to Mount Bromo will picked you up from there.
